Your Impact

  • Technical Design & Delivery: Own the end-to-end delivery of complex Three Waters projects.
  • Strategic Mentorship: As we grow, you will lead the charge in mentoring incoming junior and intermediate engineers, setting the bar for excellence.
  • Client Partnership: Work directly with clients as a technical advisor, helping us expand our footprint through exceptional delivery and relationship building.
  • Technical Authority: Take responsibility for technical outputs and ensure our deliverables are best in class.

What You Bring

  • The Experience: 10+ years in Three Waters / stormwater engineering within the New Zealand market.
  • The Credentials: CPEng status is essential (or very close to completion). 
  • The Tools: Experience / understanding of flood management, ideally experience with TuFlow, InfoWorks ICM, HEC-RAS or other hydraulic modelling suite.
  • Mindset: You are a self-starter, a confident communicator and ready to work on challenging projects.

What You Bring



What You Bring


Experience:

8+ years of experience in hydraulic modeling within the New Zealand market.


Stormwater Modelling:

Experience with packages such as TUFLOW, InfoWorks ICM, DHI (MIKE Suite), and HEC-RAS.


Spatial Analysis:

QGIS or ArcGIS for data management, analysis, and flood mapping outputs.


Autonomy:

You are at a point in your career where you can troubleshoot technical hurdles and produce high-quality models with minimal oversight.
